WELCOME TO THE CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL GUIDANCE OFFICE WEBSITE!The Guidance and Counseling Office at Central Schools provides developmental, as well as pro-active preventative and remedial services for students. This involves a cooperative effort among students, staff members, parents and the community. The purpose is to empower all learners to lead satisfying and productive lives by assisting them in identifying and achieving educational, career, personal and social goals. We are here to help by working with academic issues, educational and career planning, as well as personal concerns.

Natasha Christianson was nominated by CHS staff and voted as Senior Student of the Month for April 2019. Criteria used for the selection was academic progress, responsibility, school spirit, personal growth and character.
Natasha’s nominator(s) chose her for the following reasons: Natasha has worked really hard for the past several years in speech, band, and wresting. She also holds a job and helps her brother whenever she can. She is super supportive of younger students and is able to encourage them even when she is having a bad day. She has also grown a lot in her writing and speaking skills and her overall confidence this year”.
Her plans after high school include attending The University of Minnesota, Duluth and graduating with a degree in Psychology and Political Science, with the plan to then attend law school after.
Natasha’s recommendation to underclassmen and peers is to always keep moving forward and always do your best possible work. And to make sure to care about everything.
Her favorite hobbies and interests include trapshooting, band, theater, speech, and volunteering. She also enjoys watching Netflix.
Natasha ’s states that her favorite class/activity at Central High School is speech because it is fun and also teaches valuable real life skills.
Natasha is the daughter of Ryan and Lisa Christianson.
