revTrack

Dear Raider Nation,

The Winter sports season is right around the corner and that means it’s time to get everyone registered! As you might have seen this Fall we are introducing a new registration/payment system for the 2023/2024 school year. RevTrak will serve as a one stop shop for your payment and signup needs.

To get registered for Winter athletics please complete the following steps! To get started, you can go to our Central Public Schools website (https://www.isd108.org/) and click on the payment portal at the top right of the page or you can go to our district's RevTrak Web Store (isd108.revtrak.net).

If you did not participate in a Fall Sport please follow these directions to create your account and link your student athlete/s:

1. Select “Create New Account”. Enter your information and follow onscreen instructions to complete setting up your account.

2. IMPORTANT - Once you are logged in to your account, you will need to connect your students. Click on the “Student Fees” tile – then click “add student”.  You will need your student ID number which can be found on Infinite Campus. Once added, you can see your linked students under My Account.

  • If you have any questions or run into any difficulties, please contact Amy Groschen at finance@isd108.org or visit the FAQ page.

If you did participate in a Fall Sport please start here:

1. On the top right of the screen you will see an “Athletics” button. If you click on this button it will bring you to a second page where you can see all of the Winter sports offerings at Central. Simply click on the sport that you want to register for!

2. Please fill out all of the information on the registration forms. We realize that this can be a lot of information for you to fill out, but this form meets all of the MSHSL requirements and more.

3. When you have finished up the forms please click on the “Add to Cart” button located at the bottom of the page and make sure to finish the check out process. If everything goes through you should see a receipt and get a confirmation email from RevTrak.

4. Now you wait! At this point in the process, we will be reviewing everyone’s registration paperwork and making sure that we have a sports physical on file for all of our athletes. If your athlete needs a physical (All new students to the district or incoming 7th graders) or needs to renew their physical (physicals are good for three years) please try and do so as soon as possible.  - updated physical forms can be dropped off in the HS office or they can be scanned and emailed to Andie Franck: afranck@isd108.org

5. Join us for the Winter Sports Parent Meeting on Monday, October 30th starting at 6:30 PM in the High School Auditorium. After this meeting we hope that we will have everyone’s paperwork and physicals in our system and we will be able to assign fees to all of our athletes.

6. Once your fees have been assigned on the RevTrak website you will be able to click on the “Student Fees” button and take care of your payments before the season begins. We would like to see as many people pay prior to the first day of practice as possible. The deadline for having all of your paperwork and fees turned in will be Friday, December 1st. If you do not have everything completed by this time your athlete will not be able to practice until it is completed.

I thank you for your continued support of Raider Athletics and I look forward to the upcoming Winter sports season!  Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Sincerely,

Joe Kley
