The Sun Patriot Newspaper is once again launching their Best of Carver County Reader’s Choice results, and Central Public Schools was named a winner in the “Best Public School” category.
The contest is an annual local awards program hosted by The Sun Patriot Newspaper to highlight top local businesses, medical providers, services, and nonprofits in Carver County. Submissions can be made for businesses or organizations by community members before going to a final voting period on the Best of Carver County website.
“We obviously aren’t in the business of education for awards but recognitions like this are a nice testament that what we are doing is not only working but is appreciated by the community we serve,” said Superintendent Tim Schochenmaier. “We are proud of our schools and all of the work and dedication that goes into giving students the best education possible, so it’s nice to see this kind of recognition in a county full of strong school options.”
Every single student is a priority at Central Public Schools. At ISD 108, we are proud to provide a vibrant environment that embraces every student, energizing them to learn the vital skills necessary to adapt and thrive with resilience and compassion.
