Central music department hosted an "in-house" solo and ensemble today; April 14 from 8AM - 11:30AM in the band room. There were 20 "acts" containing 25 students performing musical and choral pieces of their choice. *Pictured* Josie Beneke and Lexi Morrow played a Trumpet duo "Two of a kind" Isabella Miller played "Sleepingbeauty Walz" on her clarinet Tanner Neubarth and Bennet Molva performed a trumpet duo "5 note Blues"

Please congratulate the speech team on the conclusion of a wonderful season last night. We had 3 finalists at sections last night. Congratulations to: Gabi Schmidt who was 7th in discussion (top 6th go to finals, so she is a first year speaker, and 8th grader and missed finals by 1 point! She did so well!) In Storytelling, Hailey Buckentin got 5th place! In Drama, Joe Docken got 4th place! In Poetry, Avery Lueck got 4th place! We are incredibly proud of our Speech Team! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
