“Thank you so much for the donation to our 2nd grade classrooms from the Raider Rally. We used the funds to purchase 5 under desk bikes. These bikes allow students some extra movement, helping to increase focus and attention. Thank you!”



Thank you to our wonderful Elementary PTA and our families for showering the Elementary Staff during staff appreciation week. All the Elementary Staff felt the love and appreciation all week and can't say thank you enough.
We arrived Monday morning with the building decorated & an OnPoint gift card for all staff members . Then the fun continued all week with Monday: Muffins, Coffee & Juice in the staff lounge; Tuesday: Massages from Schmidt Chiropractic; Wednesday: Grab & Go Snacks in the staff lounge; Thursday: Massages from Sacred Health and Friday: Gift Card Drawing & Root Beer Floats.

Today we acknowledged out Artists of the week at the Middle School Assembly


Saul Favela is our senior spotlight for the day! He says he most enjoyed Homecoming and that Mr. Bollum is his favorite teacher. He will be attending Ridgewater in Willmar for the veterinarian technician program and would like the underclassmen to “please stop running in the halls.”

Let’s hear it for Willow Stewart! She plans to pursue the LPN program in Duluth and says that her favorite teacher is Mrs. Radunz. She says her favorite high school memory is having good chats with friends during win times and advises underclassmen to “Take as many study halls as possible!”


Today is National Paraprofessional Day! We never miss a chance to say thank you to the paraprofessionals who are such an important part of our schools. Be sure to thank a para!


Mr. Hallquist collaborated with Ms. Schurmann's Wildlife class to help students learn fly tying!

Today’s Senior Spotlight is Carter Storms! Carter says his favorite teacher is Mr. Bollum and his favorite memories are around senior year sports. He plans to attend Augustana University to play football and study business. His advice to underclassmen is timely: “Have fun, it goes by fast!”

We are excited to share that the "Golden" Spring Fling will be taking place on Sunday, May 4 at Central Secondary School. This is a wonderful event for senior citizens to have dinner and dance! Let’s spotlight Haley Neubarth who will attend Mankato State University in the fall to get a degree in radiology. She says Oak and Degler were her favorite teachers and Life Lessons with Degler and Homecoming week are her favorite memories. Her advice to underclassmen? “Freshman year matters!”

Kadence Arndt says that homecoming and hanging out in Mr. Bollum’s room are some of her favorite memories. She will be going to a two year college to get an associates degree in science for radiology technology. Her advice for others is to, “Make it fun because your time flies!”
